We had outgrown our home of 15 years and it was time to find a home with more space on a budget that would be realistic. That meant we had to sell our house and get top dollar, as well as find a home for a good price. My wife and I thought that it would be nearly impossible, and had actually worked with a realtor previously that dampened our hopes. JC offered the professional insight to help us figure out how to make it all possible. He did it all. We were seriously impressed.

I have never seen nor heard of a realtor working as hard as he did for us. JC made searching and buying a home a breeze. He's very knowledgeable about the Northern Colorado market and was constantly looking for homes on and off market that he thought would be a good fit for what I was looking for. When looking at homes JC was able to look at the interior and exterior and provide quality feedback on the current physical status of the house, something I have little knowledge about. After a few try's we were able to find the right place and couldn't be happier with the final result.
